Office Operations Manager
Susan Gaw brings over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, having held various management and sales roles at prominent institutions such as JP Morgan Chase and TD Bank. Since joining Clower Wealth Management in 2019, Susan has become an integral part of the team, driven by her passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional service.
In her role, Susan is often the first point of contact for many of our clients. She is responsible for answering client questions, assisting with account needs, and managing all internal aspects of client services. She also oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With a keen eye for detail, she manages internal processes and procedures to create a seamless and efficient client experience.
Originally from Long Island, NY, Susan moved to New Hampshire with her husband Frank over 25 years ago. In 2012, they relocated to Cape Cod while maintaining a condo in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. They have one adult son.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys the outdoors and cherishes time spent with her family in the mountains of New Hampshire and on the beaches of Cape Cod.
